CSM continues to provide support in multiple facets of design-build project development across it's multiple phases. This includes project management, project progress summary preparation, compilation and submission of client deliverables, coordination of client meetings, permitting assistance, comment resolution, and alignment of client and engineering team schedules.

Administrative support includes the writing of performance test memos summarizing the various performance testing needed for project acceptance, deployable strategy memos summarizing the recommendations for gate selections and reviewing alternatives and coastal modeling reports for the 30% design submission summarizing the wave analysis and coastal model to provide design recommendations. Our staff has also provided oversight and management in the design process.
