Inspection services include demolition, excavation, installation of critical mechanical and electrical systems, and construction management to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.

Resiliency Improvements

We evaluate project designs, ensure compliance, oversee activities, monitor contractors, inspect materials, and provide guidance for successful completion.

Odor Control Combined Sewer Overflow

We oversee construction, planning, and inspection of projects treating sewer and stormwater, including inspection of mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

Odor Monitoring and Treatment

We assess odor systems, design solutions, supervise installation, ensure compliance, and conduct performance evaluations.

Recent representative management projects include the Gowanus Water Treatment Plant (NYCDEP) and North River Water Pollution Control Plant Upgrade (NYCDEP), although CSM has provided CSM services to numerous other major municipal owners and prime consultants.
