No. 264638) Resurface of the asphalt riding surface on the Southern State Parkway (908M) Grand Avenue (Exit 20) to NYS Route 110 (Exit 32) in Nassau and Suffolk Counties to a smooth and distress free condition by milling and resurfacing the existing pavement. Work will include milling 2” of the existing asphalt riding surface and replacing it with new hot mix asphalt. Road shoulders and ramps are included. Also included are some isolated full depth pavement repairs as well as new pavement markings. ITS elements such as traffic loops within contract limits will be replaced in kind under this project. Also included are drainage work including but not limited to, frame and grate adjustments, frame and grate replacement, clearing of blocked pipe, cleaning of drainage structures and other work as existing conditions dictate.
