The project included two inches of milling of the existing asphalt, isolated full-depth composite repairs, two inches of hot mix asphalt overlay, new pavement markings, new striping for bicycle lanes, new sign installations, traffic signal loop and traffic count loop replacement, drainage frame and grate adjustments, drainage structure cleaning, utility valve and manhole adjustments, and spot improvements within the State ROW.
