CSM provided oversight and inspection of the construction of the shaft and microtunneling pipelines for maintenance of quality control. The project sought to redirect outfall from Bay Park Wastewater Treatment plant to Cedar Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant via microtunnels from Bay Park to Sunrise Highway. Required a re-lining of an existing aqueduct along Sunrise Highway. Ultimately, the project successfully improved water quality & storm resiliency in Long Island's Western Bays.
